Sarah, CMT, NCTMB
My 18 year career began with a single, introductory massage and my experience since has run the gamut from clinical to innovational. I walked out of that first massage feeling transformed in a way I had never experienced…all I could think to myself was, "I don't know what this massage thing is, but, it's amazing!". From there, I immediately changed my career path and transitioned from surgical services tech/nursing student to board certified massage practitioner.
I haven't stopped practicing since.
I am fortunate to have received real-world technical training that reached beyond physiology and into the dynamics of energywork. In the years since, I've developed a philosophy that embraces both; each enhancing the other. I've worked in tandem with orthopedic surgeons, primary physicians, chiropractors, naturopaths, acupuncturists and physical therapists. In rehabilitative/post-surgical, professional athletics, birthing center, hospice and acute care settings, as well as exceptional spas and enlightenment-focused wellness centers.
I made Mammoth my home in 2010 and and fall in love daily with the grace and ruggedness that makes this place unique. Besides the requisite skiing, I also bike, yoga and hike
with my Pharaoh Hound.
